This warranty policy explains coverage periods, what's included, the claims process, and our service guarantee.

Our Promise: We will work with you and the manufacturer to ensure your equipment functions properly throughout its warranty period. If repairs aren't possible, we'll coordinate replacement options to minimize disruption to your care.

*Lifetime Limited Warranty Definition: "Lifetime" refers to the expected useful life of the product as determined by the manufacturer (typically 5-7 years for wheelchairs), or for the lifetime of the original purchaser, whichever is shorter. Does not cover normal wear, abuse, or commercial use.

Wear and Tear Components

What's NOT Covered

Maintenance Requirements

To maintain warranty coverage, you must follow these manufacturer-required maintenance schedules:

REQUIRED Maintenance (Mandatory for Warranty Validity):

  • Hospital Beds: Annual motor and mechanical inspection

RECOMMENDED Maintenance (Strongly Advised):

  • Weekly cleaning per manufacturer instructions
  • Monthly visual inspections for wear or damage
  • Proper battery care and charging procedures
  • Tire pressure checks for mobility equipment

Warning: Failure to complete REQUIRED professional maintenance will void your warranty. Keep all service records and receipts as proof of maintenance.

Warranty Claim Process

Step 3: Service Determination

If equipment repair is needed, we'll determine the best course of action:

In-Home Service: For complex or mobility equipment, we offer in-home warranty service within our service area (Aurora and surrounding communities). A certified technician will come to your location to diagnose and repair covered issues.
  • On-Site Repair: Technician visit scheduled within 24-48 hours
  • Exchange Program: Immediate equipment swap for certain products
  • Return for Repair: Ship equipment to service center (we provide prepaid label)
  • Manufacturer Direct: Some items require return to manufacturer facility

Step 4: Loaner Equipment

For medically necessary equipment, we provide loaner equipment during warranty repairs:

Return & Refund Policy

Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment. For cash-pay purchases:

  • 30-Day Trial: Return within 30 days if equipment doesn't meet your needs
  • Condition Requirements: Must be in like-new condition with all original packaging
  • Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies to returns

Equipment Recalls

In the rare event of a manufacturer recall:

Limitation of Liability

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Little's Loving Home Services and manufacturers shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of equipment, including but not limited to: loss of profits, medical expenses, personal injury, or property damage not directly caused by equipment defects. Some states do not allow limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

Governing Law

This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from warranty claims shall be resolved in the courts of Arapahoe County, Colorado, or through binding arbitration in Aurora, Colorado, at the mutual agreement of both parties.
